1. About Us and Our Products

Digital Media Packages sells digital video animations and template packs designed for content creators and business users. By purchasing on this site, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Delivery

After confirmed payment, your download link will be delivered immediately, and no later than 60 minutes. If you do not receive access within that time, please contact us immediately at our support email. Digital Media Packages is not responsible for delays caused by payment processor errors or issues on the buyer's side.

3. License and Permitted Use

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased template pack. You may:

• Use it for your own projects, channels, and business needs
• Customize and modify the template for your own use
• Use it in commercial projects (ads, promotions, YouTube, social media)

4. Prohibited Use

The following is strictly prohibited and constitutes copyright infringement:

• Reselling, sharing, or distributing the template pack to third parties, whether free or for payment
• Sharing the download link with other individuals
• Uploading the template to file-sharing platforms, groups, or forums
• Using it as a base to create and sell your own template packs
• Removing or altering any copyright notices or watermarks

Violation of these terms may result in legal action for copyright infringement.

5. Intellectual Property

All template packs remain the exclusive intellectual property of Digital Media Packages. Your purchase grants a license to use the template, not ownership of it.

6. Payment

All prices are listed in EUR. Payment is required upfront, before delivery. We do not store credit card details on our servers — payments are processed through a certified payment processor.

7. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are not available once the download link has been accessed, except in cases of a technical error on our side that prevents access to the product. Refund requests must be submitted to our support email within 48 hours of purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

Digital Media Packages does not guarantee specific business or creative results from the use of our template packs. We are not responsible for changes in platform algorithms, policies, or technical incompatibilities arising from future third-party software updates.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
